5. Sharing intimacy with loved ones

Sharing physical intimacy with the nearest and dearest people can do a lot to relieve stress. While hugging them especially, oxytocin is released in the brain of the person. The very hormone uplifts his/her spirit by ensuring higher levels of happiness and lower levels of stress.
