realme opens a new authorized service center at Itahari

KATHMANDU, MARCH 28 : realme Nepal, the authorised distributor of the realme brand of smartphone in Nepal, has opened of its second  authorized service center in Itahari. Country Head - realme Nepal,  Munish Giri inaugurated the new service center at the premises of Surya Complex, Itahari on Monday. The service center will provide a complete set of repair services for all realme smartphones, including software issues, hardware issues, warranties, damages, etc.

Speaking during inaugural event, Kumar Ghalan, Service Manager, realme Nepal said that realme has paid attention to the convenience of the service recipients as mobile is the most convenient and confidential device. He expressed with confidence that realme aims to be the trustworthy brand in Nepal and realme looks forward to reaching its customers by giving them the best customer and aftersales service.

According to Kunal Singh, National Sales Head, Jagdamba Mobiles, the service center has been opened in Surya Complex - Itahari as it is the commercial hub in the province. He said that users from Biratnager, Dharan, Birtamod and other customers can now get quality service from this service center.
