KATHMANDU, FEBRUARY 7 :G.O. Automobile Pvt. Ltd., the authorised dealer of the four-wheeler brand of Ford in Nepal, has announced that it will continously offer the assistance for service, parts and warranty for the existing Nepali customers. Such an announcement came after the US-based manufacturer of the brand ceased its manufacturing process in India in September last year.
Issuing a press statement on Sunday (February 60) Akash Golchha, Managing Director, G.O. Automobiles.
said, “ We shall continue the import of the models like Ford Everest, Ford Ranger and Ford Raptor from third country and serve our customers as effectively as possible." According to him, Ford India will help his company in tis regard.
A new campaign titled "Committed to Serve" has been launched to empahise the committment of Ford to provide its customers service, spare parts and warranty. Such committment is already recognised by the Annual Vehicle Maintenance Survey carried by Autocar-India's top auto magazine. According to the survey, the brand's service and spare parts are among the most economical.
