Laxmi Bank inaugurates its 11th Extension Counter
KATHMANDU, FEBRUARY 18 : Laxmi Bank Ltd. has lately expanded its footprint with the inauguration of its 11th extension counter at Jhulneta of Tribeni rural municipality ward no. 3 in the Rukum West district.
With the addition of this extension counter, Laxmi Bank network now includes 141 Branches, 11 Extension Counters, 5 Hospital Counters, 172 ATMs, 2500 remittance agents, and 63 Branchless Banking Agents spread across 50 districts in the country.
The bank claims that it is rapidly expanding to new and underserved markets with the aim of providing quality services to fulfil the growing demand for professional financial services such as innovative saving accounts, Term Deposits, Home and Auto Loans, Small Business Loans, Microfinance, etc.
It also promotes digital channels such as internet and mobile banking to complement the growing number of branches as part of the ‘bricks and clicks’ strategy. The very strategy is allowing the customers to reach the bank through any channels of their choice: branches, ATM, internet and mobile phones.
