NA to operate regular flights to Hong Kong and Delhi
KATHMANDU, AUGUST 28: The Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) is preparing to launch regular flights from Bhairahawa's Gautam Buddha International Airport to Hong Kong and New Delhi starting from August 29. Ticket bookings for flights to Hong Kong and Delhi from Bhairahawa with a transit stop in Kathmandu have already been opened by the Corporation.
NAC's spokesperson, Ramesh Poudel, stated that the Corporation plans to gradually increase the number of flights based on market demand. The initial plan is to operate a weekly flight from Bhairahawa every Tuesday.
According to the flight schedule, the plane will depart from Bhairahawa at 8:15 a.m. and arrive in Kathmandu at 9:00 a.m. Passengers traveling to Hong Kong and Delhi will then board the respective connecting flights of NAC. The Corporation has arranged for passengers to receive boarding passes for their entire journey during check-in, and they can collect their luggage at their final destination.
