Him Parbat, CBIL ink IPO Issue Management Agreement
KATHMANDU, AUGUST 18 : Initial Public Offering (IPO) Issue Management Agreement was signed yesterday between Him Parbat Hydropower Limited and CBIL Capital Limited at Tripureshwor, Kathmandu. The agreement was signed by Mr. Himal Gurung, Chairman of Him Parbat Hydropower Limited and Mr. Ujjwal Chand, Acting Chief Executive Officer of CBIL Capital Limited.
As per the agreement, CBIL Capital Limited (subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Limited) will manage the IPO of Him Parbat Hydropower Limited for issuance of 42 lakhs ordinary shares, which includes 14 lakhs shares to project affected people.
Him Parbat Hydropower Limited is developing SaguKhola Hydropower of 20.00 MW andSaguKhola -1 Hydropower of 5.50 MW, i.e. combined total of 25.50 MW in Dolakha district.
