NCC to distribute dividends to its shareholders
KATHMANDU, OCTOBER 16 : Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank (NCC) has decided to distribute dividends out of its profits for fiscal year 2021/22. A meeting of its Board of Directors held yesterday in the capital made this decision.
,13.3663 percent and 7.6337 percent of its total paid-up of Rs 11.14 billion will be distributed as bonus shares and cash dividends respectively. Altogether, 11 percent of the dividends has been proposed to distribute to its shareholders.
It will be issued after getting approved from the Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming annual general meeting of the NCC. Notably, it has already siigned a preliminary memorandum of understanding (MoU) wth Kumari Bank for merger.
