Himalayan Bank donates Barcode Reader and Printers to TUTH
Himalayan Bank Limited has donated 12 units each of Barcode Reader and Printers worth Rupees Four Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Forty to Tribhuwan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH), Maharajgunj under its Corporate Social Responsibility initiative.
The Bank donated the Barcode Readers and Printers to the hospital with the motive of helping the patients visiting the billing counter of the hospital. Due to the lack of those barcode readers, the staffers have been facing difficulty as they need to re-enter each and every detail of patients time and again which takes time and effort. Thus, to address this issue, the Bank has donated the materials to the hospital upon their request.
The barcode readers and printers were handed over by Ashoke SJB Rana, Chief Executive Officer, Himalayan Bank Limited to Prof. Dr. Dinesh Kafle, Executive Director, TUTH amidst a ceremony held today in the presence of other Executives of the Bank and Hospital
