Price of yellow metal increased by Rs 1,400

KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 09 : The price of gold has today increased by Rs 1,400 per tola-the highest in this Nepali month of Kartik- the domestic billion market. According to the Federation of  Nepal Gold and Silver Association, the yellow metal is being traded at Rs 95,400 while its price was Rs 94,000 yesterday.

In the last Nepali month of Falgun (Feb 13- Mar 14), the price of gold has reached a record high of Rs 1,15,500 per told.

Today, the silver has got dearer by Rs 300 per tola. It is being sold at Rs 1,295 per tola. On Monday, the price of the grey metal was fixed at Rs 1,265.
