Nepal Infrastructure Bank to distibute Rs 910 million as cash bonus
KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 27 : Nepal Infrastructure Bank held its fourth annual general meeting (AGM) in the capital yesterday. During the AGM, the board members of the bank proposed to distribute Rs 909.68 million as a cash bonus to its shareholders. The very amount is 21 percent of its paid-up capital worth Rs 21.60 billion.
Along with this, they made a decision to make a timely amendment in the Articles of Association and Regulations.
During the fiscal year 2021/22, the bank floated loans amounting to Rs 21.60 billion and earned Rs 1.2 billion.
Nepal Infrastructure Bank, wihch was commenced four years back, aims to facilitate investments in the country’s infrastructure development projects.
