NCC holds its special AGM

KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 12: Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited (NCC) held its special annual general meeting (AGM) yesterday at Shankhamool in the capital. The very AGM presided over by chairperson of the bank’s board of directors, Upendra Keshari Neupane, endorsed the proposal for a merger with Kumari Bank Ltd. 

As per this proposal, NCC will be coalescing with Kumari in the swap ratio of 1:1, determined on the basis of the due diligence audit.  This means every 100 shares of the former will be converted into an equal number of the latter after the proposed merger.

The meet also decided to entitle the board to implement the merger-related guidelines that might be issued by the Nepal Rastra Bank.

NCC currently has 156 branch offices, 15 extension counters, and 144 ATM booths across the country
