MetLife Nepal launches “Hello Beema”

 

KATHMANDU, APRIL 26: Global insurance provider, MetLife, has launched a comic video series in Nepal called “Hello Beema” with the aim of raising awareness and educating people about the importance of insurance. The three-episode series will appear on popular social media accounts and websites to make life insurance knowledge more accessible and to debunk common misconceptions about the industry in Nepalese society. The first episode covers the basics of insurance, including its advantages and how it compares to bank savings.

The second episode educates viewers about the various services in insurancelike premium payment facilities, information about riders available, steps to reinstate a lapsed policy, and how to take a loan against a policy. The series concludes with information about making an insurance claim, various types of insurance products, and how to select an appropriate life insurance company.
