Agreement signed to study feasibility of fertilizer factory
KATHMANDU, JUNE 24: An agreement has been signed between the Bagmati Provincial Government and Kathmandu University to study the feasibility of urea fertilizer production. The agreement was signed between Minister for Livestock Development Basundhara Humagain and Vice-Chancellor of the University Prof Dr. Bhola Thapa on Thursday (June 24).
As per the deal, a feasibility study will be conducted along with preparing a detailed project report on urea fertilizer production, the ministry said. Minister Humagain shared that the process of setting up a urea fertilizer factory will be taken forward on the basis of the feasibility study that will be completed within six months.
