Thai Smile Airways to conduct its maiden flight from tomorrow

KATHMANDU, JUNE 30: An international airline company is operating its maiden air flight from the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in the capital.  Thai Smile Airways of Thailand will provide the direct Kathmandu-Bangkok air service from July 1. According to the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN), it has got permission for the same all seven days a week.

 

Meanwhile, Sri Lankan Airlines of Sri Lanka is resuming its air flights, closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, on July 6 from the TIA. It will also be conducting such flights all seven days a week. Before being closed, it used to fly four times a week from the TIA.
