Kumari Job Concludes 1st Batch of Professional HR Training
KATHMANDU, JULY 1: Kumari Job has successfully completed its first batch of "Professional HR Training" with experienced industry professionals on Thursday (June 30). The 24-day-long training was designed to improve the skills and performance of an individual. A total of 16 participants including working professionals as well as aspirants wanting to make their career in the field of HR participated in it.
The training was given by human resource professionals from Nepal's most prominent and large business organizations. Some of them are Bhuwan Raj Joshi - Vice President of Sherpa Hospitality Group, Krishna Bahadur Singh - Assistant General Manager (HR) of Laxmi Group, Neha Joshi - HR & Administration Head of Dish Media Network, Richa Pandey - HR Head of Machhapuchchhre Bank Ltd and Sudhir Dhungel of Asian Paints and so on.
Sandesh Bhandari, Managing Director of Kumari Job said, “I am glad to see the active participation in the training, which is the first of its kind in Nepal's human resources sector. I hope this training will bring out the best in the participants and help them make a remarkable career in the field of HR. This kind of training not only helps develop the organizational and interpersonal skills of an individual but also the overall productivity of an organization.”
The participants described the training to be interactive, insightful, and interesting. One of the participants stated that she enrolled in the training with the motive to learn how to improve the services of an organization to its employees and also how the organization can be benefitted from the skills of its employees. She also mentioned that by participating in the training, she got to update herself on the current labour law of Nepal. Another participant said that the training had become more enjoyable due to the convenient location and friendly staff. The participants said that they were grateful to attend the session given by knowledgeable instructors from reputed institutions.
After the “massive” success of the first batch of the training, Kumari Job is conducting the second batch of the same from June 28. The training is tailored to those who aspire to advance their careers in human resources by honing their abilities and increasing their productivity.
