Bagmati Province Chief certifies two bills
KATHMANDU, JULY 6: Chief of the Bagmati Province, Yadav Chandra Sharma, has yesterday certified two bills in accordance with Article 201 (1) of the Constitution. The authenticated bills are the Bill to Manage Some Budget Allocations from the Province Consolidated Fund and Expenditures for Service and Works in the Fiscal Year 2079-80 BS (2022-23) and the Bill to Implement Finance-related Proposal of the Province Government.
The Bagmati Province Assembly had endorsed the documents on June 30 and they were recommended by the Speaker in accordance with Article 201 (2) of the Constitution before the certification by the Province Chief, according to the Province Chief Office Spokesperson under-secretary Krishna Prasad Acharya.
