HoR passes three different bills
KATHMANDU, JULY 8: The meeting of the House of Representatives yesterday passed three different bills. It unanimously endorsed the 'Social Security (First Amendment) Bill, 2079', the 'Water Supply and Sanitation Bill, 2077' and the Bill to amend some acts related to criminal offense and criminal procedure, 2079'.
The Social Security Bill was tabled for endorsement of the house by Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand, the Water Supply and Sanitation Bill by Minister for Water Supply Uma Kanta Chaudhary and the Bill to amend some acts related to criminal offense and criminal procedure by Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Gobinda Prasad Sharma (Koirala).
The HoR will again be meeting today at 2 pm.
