Dolti Power Company issues IPO
KATHMANDU, APRIL 11: Dolti Power Company has today announced the issue of Initial Public Offerings (IPO). After allotting for the local people, migrant workers, and Employee Provident Fund, 12,71,861 units of shares to the general public.
Interested buyers can apply for 10 shares at the minimum and 10,000 at the maximum. According to NCI Asia Capital, the issue and sales manager of the company, the applications should come through the related accounts in banks and financial institutions or Mero Share, an online portal of Central Depository System and Clearing Ltd (CDSC) by April 16.
Dolti Power Company is constructing the Rs 1.8 billion hydropower project at Naumule in Dailekh.
