FRBL recognised with ISO 9001:2015 certification

KATHMANDU, AUGUST 29: Federal Reinsurance Brokers Limited (FRBL) has been recognised with the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 certification. It is the first ever company in the country to earn this certification in the categories of life and non-life insurance and reinsurance broker services.

The official presentation of the certification took place during a  recent ceremonial event at FRBL's headquarters in Kathmandu.  Prakash Poudel, Country Director of United Registrar of Systems (URS), handed over the certification to Mahesh Kumar Agrawal, Chairman of FRBL.

The event was attended by FRBL's Board members, key leadership team, employees, and representatives from URS Nepal.  While speaking during it, Poudel extended his warm congratulations to FRBL on this remarkable accomplishment and emphasized the significance of the ISO 9001:2015 certification in ensuring operational excellence, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

 Subarna Paudel, Managing Director of FRBL, expressed his appreciation for the collective efforts of FRBL's management team and URS Nepal. He stated, "Receiving the ISO 9001:2015 certification is a significant milestone for us. It not only validates our commitment to excellence but also underscores our dedication to providing unparalleled reinsurance broker services to our clients."
