KATHMANDU, FEBRUARY 27: Jyoti Development Bank yesterday held its 15th annual general meeting (AGM) at the Tribhuwan Army Officers' Club in the capital. The meeting endorsed the annual report of the bank for 2022/23. As per this endorsement, 3 percent and 3.8 percent of the current paid-up capital worth Rs 4.39 billion will be distributed to the shareholders as bonus shares and cash dividends respectively.
