Dual birth dates of senior police officers !

KATHMANDU, MARCH 3: There has been a mismatch between the birth dates of several senior officers of the Nepal Police mentioned in their respective citizenship certificates and the official sheet rolls.

Assistant Inspector General (AIG) Diwesh Lohani, General Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Ashok Singh,  DIG Mohan Acharya, DIG Masud Alam, DIG Syam Lal Gyawali, and DIG Kiran Bajracharya. Their age differences in the sheet roll of the national library of the Nepal Police are given as below:

-In the citizenship certificate of AIG Lohani, the birth date is Ashwin 29, 2024 B.S, while the same in the sheet role is mentioned as Baishakh 15, 2025 B.S.   

- The citizenship certificate of DIG Singh shows his date of birth (DoB) as Poush 16, 2025 B.S. but the very date in the sheet roll is Jeshtha 22, 2024 B.S. 

-The roll sheet of DIG Acharya states his birth date as Magh 17, 2024, when the very date is mentioned only as 2024 B.S in the citizenship certificate.

-The citizenship certificate of DIG Alam has Chaitra 13, 2025 B.S as his birth date as opposed to Mnagsir 12, 2025 B.S mentioned in the sheet roll.

-In the sheet roll of DIG Syamlal Gyawali, the DoB is Bhadra 26, 2025 B.S but the same is stated as Chaitra 21, 2024 B.S
