Price of yellow metal hits all-time high
KATHMANDU, MAY 5 : The price of gold in the Nepali market has hit an all-time high today. According to the Federation of Nepali Gold and Silver Association (FNGSA), the fine gold is being traded at Rs 1,11,800 per tola (10gm), up by Rs 650 compared to yesterday. Previously, on April 5, the price of the very kind of gold had reached Rs 1,11,000.
The price of standard gold has increased by Rs 1,200 per tola on Thursday compared to Wednesday. It is being sold at Rs 1,11,250 per tola.
Meanwhile, the price of silver is set at Rs 1,445 per tola, an increase of Rs 20 per tola compared to yesterday.
