Himalayan Life Insurance to come into operation from tomorrow

KATHMANDU, APRIL 8: Himalayan Life Insurance Limited will commence its operation from tomorrow. This new company was formed following the merger of three insurance companies-Union Life Insurance, Prime Life Insurance and Gurans Life Insurance- at the swap ratio of 1:1:1.

During the special annual general meeting of these companies held on April 19,  the proposal to coalesce with one another and start their integrated operations under the name of Himalayan Life Insurance was approved.
