Online nomination for 8th ICT Award announced

KATHMANDU, JULY 17: The online nomination (application) for the eighth edition of the ICT Award has started today. It is open for 13 different types of ICT awards namely South Asia, Startup, Product, Rising Star and Innovation, Pioneer, Entrepreneur, Woman Icon, Nepali Diaspora, Digital Education (Public Sector), Digital Education  (Private Sector), Digital Governance, Digital Services and  Professional Excellence.

The Professional Excellence ICT Award, in particular, is an added category this year. Similarly, this year, the organizer has also started Provincial Startup ICT Recognition to honor the best startups from all seven provinces.

The award winners have been receiving various services and benefits from national and international companies along with special honors.  ​​​​​ ​​​​​​​The ICT Award, which initially started in 2016 A.D., aims to help bolster the Nepali ICT  sector.
