IME Life Insurance Company holds its 4th AGM
KATHMANDU, APRIL 28 IME life insurance Company Limited has hold its 4th AGM at Hotel Radisson in the capital on Wednesday.
Presided over by Dr. Ram Hari Aryal, Chairman of the Company Operation Committee, the meeting saw the passage of the company’s financial report and operational committee’s report for the financial year 2076/077 BS.
The election for the operational committee was held and new operational committee was also formed during the program. Also, the power was granted to the operational committee to issue the shares allotted to the general public and complete the task to merge with other life insurance company.
Speaking during the program, chairperson Dr. Aryal said that IME life insurance Company Limited is committed to dispatching insurance awareness to even the low- income strata of the country. He also stated that the company is striving its best to make the company’s services more accessible in the coming days
